Sports Physicals

Get your student athlete's sports physical completed now for the 2016-2017 school year. 

Free sport physicals are performed by Beaumont doctors and presented in partnership with University Liggett School.

Sports physicals are available for middle school and high school students throughout Grosse Pointe and surrounding communities and are applicable for all school and community sports programs.

During a quick 20-minute appointment, the exam will include:

  • Height and weight
  • Blood pressure
  • Vision screening
  • General health screening and musculoskeletal physical exam

Please download the attached MHSAA Physical Examination form and bring the completed form to the appointment.  Before the physical is performed, a parent or legal guardian must sign the completed form.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi is taught as a meditative and health enhancing practice.  You must be able to stand for 10-15 minutes without a rest in this class.

Some of the benefits of performing Tai Chi include:
